Accounts and Finance

Our Finance department is well set and is responsible for monitoring and controlling of hospital finances and setting of budgets on an annual basis.

It is responsible and accountable for the accuracy, quality and validity of all financial transactions, medical bills verification, price list adjustment, – including proper procurement plans and procedures in terms of patients’ quality drugs, and production of monthly and statutory financial statements. The department has two sections – Financial Accounting and Management Accounting.

Ensures smooth claim processing and transparent communication about insurance terms and benefits

EDPA International Hospital Adiministration Financial Accounting has responsibility for Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable including Health Insurance and Health Assessments. Management Accounting prepares the annual budget, monitors budget versus actual expenditure and provides support to the clinical directorate structure on financial matters

The management accounting team also has responsibility for all costing, enough stock of drugs and other patients’ requirements, and the annual specialty costing return.
