At EDPA International Hospital patients are received and registered by the receptionist.
The receptionist does triage of patients who require urgent attention and forwards
them to the doctor/clinician.
The clinician takes a detailed history; physical examination and comes up with an impression.
Patients who require investigations are sent to either the lab or Ultrasound/X-ray unit. After which prescriptions are made and patients billed.
The cashier issues receipts before patients are directed to the dispensary or treatment room for their medication.
The patients that are too ill are admitted and reviewed as necessary until discharge.
Their bills are computed upon discharge. Immunization services are free and home based care is for terminally ill patients
